  １．以下のファイルを適当なフォルダにダウンロードして下さい。

 　　　ソースファイル    （2019年７月8日更新）

  ２．ダウンロードしたzipファイルを解凍して、Microsoft Visual C++でプロジェクトファイルを開いてビルドして下さい。
